Ok … this is actually an ad, but definitely brings two crucial points that time and time again, I see many companies not really getting it:

1. It’s all about building meaningful relationships with Consumers
2. Consumers have changed … have you?

      About consumers changing not necessarily for the better, I think this is the result of the huge impact technology has in our lives. Yes, we are more demanding. Yes, we have higher expectations. Yes, we want our products and services … NOW! … but that is the reality today, and unless companies adapt to this new reality, they are going to be in trouble.

        Amazing scene and extremely interesting as a man will think more deeply … As the close of private discussions, you can watch and see the business relationship (client-bid corporations). For the first time this type of approach came into contact during the course of MBA.Of course, that customers are changing – their attitude, approach to many things, habits. Presented scene confirmed one other important thing from the standpoint of marketing (the moment where the girl accuses boyfriend that only speaks about feelings but does not confirm this in action). Many companies can not keep his promise to the customer in the communication process. It is also a serious problem as to follow the changes which are customers.

    Thank you very much for your comment. You’re very right. The promises not kept by companies are a big let down for consumers, and in this age of hyper-connectivity it is something nobody can afford to mess with.
