Facebook brand interaction

Here is a great short video produced by Beyond Digital Consultancy, sharing some of the findings of their Facebook Brand Interaction Study, analyzing over 14,000 posts on the corporate Facebook Fan pages of the world’s 100 most valuable brands, as well as a consumer poll of near 4,000 people based in the UK and the US.



By the way, based on this study, they have developed a list of guidelines to help brands develop their own digital brand interaction strategies called: The Facebook Four. Check it out!
