  1. Excellent and important message, Ivan. Reading is essential to keeping our knowledge and skills sharp. You’re inspiring!

    Thank you, Robin

  2. 30min here…30 min there — and whole book is done 😉
I am going to work by subway – and that 20min in the morning and afternoon – wow, important time for reading.
I also recommend e-books or audiobooks – it’s so much easier to ready e-book(s) while waiting somewhere, etc. or listen to audiobook in a car.

    • Great advice Klaudia! I do listen to a lot of great podcasts related to my areas of interest. However, I prefer reading actual books than listening to them. The main reason is that I do not read books …… I study them! I highlight, make notes, bookmark them and so on. That’s kind of hard to do with an audio file.
But hey! great advice! I am sure that there is a lot of people who your tip will work wonders.
      Have a greta day!
      Ivan

  3. Having a book with me at all times definitively helps. Even better is to have a device like Kindle, which takes little space, weighs little, yet carries many different books at once.

I haven’t gotten around to ordering a Kindle yet, though, because I’m thinking I’d miss the look of a full bookshelf at home.

  4. Hi Michal,
Totally agree … Actually for long time I have resisted the temptation of getting a Kindle. Like I have mentioned before, I do make a lot of notes and highlights and somehow I was not sure about how satisfied I would be with the Kindle format.
However, I have recently purchased and read couple of books in the Kindle for Mac App and I must say I am actually satisfied with it and I will be getting myself a Kindle in the near future ! 🙂
    Thanks for your comment.
    Have a great day,
    Ivan
