Listen to your customers and express how much you care

A few days ago I got a nice surprise from the bookstore where I am a frequent customer. This nice/small detail shows how easy and simple is to show that you listen to your customers and that you care about them.

      To answer your question, I am originally from Mexico and have been living in Poland for the past 10 years. I love this great country and its people. This is a place with so much potential and opportunities (plus being in the hearth of Europe allows to have the whole region at your fingertips).
