About this Blog
The core objective of this blog is to share ideas, concepts and advice that will help you “take it to the next level“. In other words, get you and your organization for ‘good’ to ‘OUTSTANDING‘!
Let me explain:
Some time ago I learned a very important lesson*. The distance between “good” and “excellent” performance is actually not that big. However the rewards you get at each level are very disproportionate.
That’s why you may be a “good” employee, a “good” person, a “good” business owner, a “good” marketer … and you may still not be satisfied with the results you are getting.
Being “excellent” just takes a bit of more effort … but the rewards are much much more bigger.
But that’s not it … “excellence” is not the end of the journey. There is still one more step. A level called “Outstanding“. A level in which rewards and satisfaction are simply awesome!.
Here is the thing. After many years working with different individuals and organizations, I have discovered that going from “good” to “excellent” and from “excellent” to “outstanding” is mostly the result from consistently implementing and executing certain “best practices“.
This blog is a place full of those “best practices”, in other words, ideas, concepts, stories and methodologies that will help you take it to the next level. So … regardless at what stage of the journey you are right now, I am sure you will find something of value in this blog.
